This is a support-to-rank board. Confirmed whole DOGE—and nothing else—sets placement.

• New links enter with 1 DOGE. Checkout choices are whole DOGE.
• Higher confirmed DOGE totals rank above lower totals. Equal totals use blockchain height, transaction order, output order, and listing ID as a final stable tie-break.
• An existing URL requests only the difference between its current total and the chosen target. Every confirmed contribution is added to the live total.
• Partial whole DOGE are credited as soon as they reach the confirmation policy. Fractions remain attached to the order until another whole DOGE is completed.
• Whole-DOGE excess is credited. Expiry is informational, and late payments to an assigned address are reconciled.
• Rank is never permanent. Another contribution can change placement at any time, including while a payment confirms.
• Payments require the displayed Dogecoin native-network confirmations. Six is the default policy, not an absolute finality guarantee.
• Outbound click counters are public.
• Functional query parameters, including video and affiliate references, remain in the destination and identity. Only known tracking parameters are removed from duplicate identity.
• Illegal, deceptive, malicious, or NSFW links may be blocked. Payments to blocked links are recorded for manual resolution and are not published automatically.
• Paid placement is not an endorsement and must not be marketed as guaranteed SEO or PageRank benefit.
• Refunds are not automatic and are never sent to an inferred source address.
